Privacy Policy
We collect as little information as we can, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and never sell it. This policy explains what we hold, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Local One Digital, LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides Google Business Profile optimization, website builds and AI-powered local visibility automation. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and through the work we do for you.
Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact page.
Information you give us
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Your name, email address, phone number and business name when you send our contact form or ask for an audit or quote.
- Details about your business — its location, service area, categories, hours, services and what you want to improve — when you ask us to work on your profile.
- The date, time and meeting length you choose when you book a call, plus any notes you add at that point.
- Anything you send us during a project: photos, videos, logos, reviews, login or access details for the accounts you want us to manage.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical records for a short period so the site can be delivered and kept secure — for example your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the referring site. We do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
Information from other services
When you use one of the tools we link to, that service handles your information under its own policy:
- Our audit system at audit.ai.localonedigital.com — you sign in there with your own Google Business Profile, and the business data it reads is processed by that system.
- Our booking calendar at tidycal.com/andrea-lorraine — the name, email and time you choose are stored by TidyCal and sent to us so we can hold the appointment.
- Any social or listing platform we post to on your behalf, which applies its own terms to the content we publish there.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, prepare an audit or quote, and schedule calls.
- To deliver the services you have asked for — publishing posts and videos, replying to reviews, optimizing images, building or updating your website, and reporting on results.
- To keep records of the work we have done and the approvals you have given us.
- To send you project updates, reports or invoices by email, text or phone.
- To meet our own legal, accounting and security obligations.
When we share it
We never sell your information and never rent our client list. We share it only:
- With the service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email and messaging, scheduling, file storage, reporting and payment processing — who act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
- With the platforms you ask us to publish to, since anything we post on your profile, website or social pages becomes visible there.
- With a professional adviser, insurer or, if required by law, a court, regulator or public authority.
- With a buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged or restructured, on the same terms as this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we are working with you and afterwards only while we have a reason to — a contract, a report we have issued, or a legal or tax requirement. Access details for accounts you have given us are removed when a project ends. Records tied to a business we no longer serve are deleted once they are no longer needed.
How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Credentials for your accounts are stored privately rather than shared in plain messages, and we ask you to change any password we were given once a project finishes. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to the minimum.
Your choices
Ask us at any time and we will:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, where we are not required by law or contract to keep it.
- Stop contacting you for anything other than service notices or project updates.
You can also decline to give information — we simply may not be able to prepare an audit, book a call or deliver a service without it. If you signed into our audit system with your Google account, you can revoke that access from your Google security settings at any time.
Children
Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we ask that you do not send us personal information about children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced on this website, and where you have given us your contact details we will notify you before the change takes effect.
Get in touch
To ask about your information, exercise any of the choices above, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact page and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
